Terms of Service
Version of October 21, 2026 · Privacy Policy
These terms are an agreement between you and ToSpeca Ltd («ToSpeca», «we»), which runs the free beta of ToSpeca at tospeca.com («the service»). You accept them when you tick the box while creating your account. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with your data.
1. Who runs the service
The service is run by ToSpeca Ltd. You can reach us at support@tospeca.com: one address takes every question, request and complaint.
2. What ToSpeca does
ToSpeca turns the material you give it — trading rules in your words, an idea, Pine Script or MQL code — into a specification (a technical brief) for the developer of an Expert Advisor or an indicator for MetaTrader 5 (MT5/MQL5). It shows what your material says, asks about what it leaves open, and lets you freeze a version and hand it to a developer as a share link, a Markdown file or a printout.
ToSpeca does not execute trades, connect to a broker or hold or manage anyone's money. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a signal service, a trading platform or a code generator. It never recommends a trading value and promises no profit or any other trading result. When a specification is «ready», it means a developer can build from it without guessing — not that the strategy will make money.
Trading carries a high risk of losing money, and automated trading adds its own risks: mistakes in a developer's code, your broker's conditions, outages and changing markets. You decide whether, how and with what money to trade. Test any program on a demo account before you use real money.
The developer you choose is independent of us. We are not a party to your agreement with a developer or with a marketplace such as MQL5 Freelance.
3. A free beta
During the beta the service is free. We do not ask for payment details, and your account will not move to a paid plan by itself: if we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you pay only if you choose a paid plan yourself.
This is a beta. We do not promise that the service stays free forever, that a feature stays available, or that the service works without interruption. To keep it fair and affordable there are limits — on how often you can start model work, on how much model work an account can use each day and on how many packet readings a project can have each day. The service tells you when you reach a limit and when it resets, and we may change the limits.
We may change, pause or end the beta. If we decide to end it, we will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before, unless legal or security reasons force us to stop sooner, so that you can download your work. We back up the service, but we do not guarantee that no data is ever lost: keep your own copy of anything important (a frozen version can be downloaded as Markdown).
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Use an e-mail address you control: we send the confirmation of your address and password-recovery messages to it. Keep your password secret. An account is for one person; tell us at once if you believe someone else has used yours.
- You may not use the service where the law or sanctions forbid it, or from a country or territory where our AI model providers do not offer their services.
- You can paste material before you sign in. It stays only in your browser until you sign in and save it.
5. What you may not do
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- publish through a share link anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening or deceptive — including promises of trading profits made to others;
- upload malware or anything meant to harm the service or its users;
- probe or test the service's security without writing to us first at support@tospeca.com, or try to reach another person's data;
- make the AI models reveal their instructions, other people's data or the service's keys, or produce content these terms forbid;
- get around the limits, for example with several accounts, or use bots and scripts instead of an ordinary browser;
- resell or offer the service or its outputs at scale as your own service, or copy its software, prompts or word lists.
6. Your content
«Your content» is everything you put into the service — your material, titles, answers, blocks of your own and the statements you accept — and the specifications built from it.
- You keep all your rights in your content. We claim no ownership of it.
- You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, display and transmit your content only to run the service as these terms and the Privacy Policy describe: to show it to you; to send the parts a step needs to the AI model providers; to build exports; to show a frozen version to the people who open your share link; to check shared versions automatically for abuse; to keep the service secure; and to fix faults. The licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies that remain in backups until they expire.
- Term statistics. To improve the service, we use statistics of terms, which may keep a link to the project. Your source material as a whole is not included in these statistics. You can object to this use (see the Privacy Policy).
- Shared explanations. Some projects show short explanations of what each answer to a question would change. An explanation made for your question may, after we review it and remove anything personal or specific to you, be shown to other users with the same question — without any link to you or your project.
- You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload: if you paste code or text written by someone else, its licence must allow it. Do not put other people's personal data or confidential information into a project unless you are allowed to and your specification needs it.
- If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
7. Text drafted by AI
Parts of what the service shows are drafted by AI models: readings of your material, the wording of questions, suggested answers, draft statements, explanations and remarks about the packet. A model can be wrong. Nothing a model drafts becomes part of your specification until you accept it, and the service checks every quote against your material — but you are responsible for reviewing what you accept and what you hand to a developer. We do not guarantee that a specification is complete, correct or fit for a particular developer or purpose. Which providers process your material is in the Privacy Policy.
9. Reports and complaints
Anyone can report content reachable through a share link that they believe is unlawful or breaks these terms. Write to support@tospeca.com with the subject «Report» and include the link, why you believe the content is unlawful, your name and e-mail address, and a statement that your report is made in good faith and is accurate.
We confirm receipt, review the report carefully and tell you what we decided. If we revoke a link or restrict an account, we tell its owner why and how to contest the decision: reply to our message and a person will look at it again. You can also go to a court or, where available, an out-of-court dispute settlement body.
Any other complaint about the service goes to the same address, support@tospeca.com. We aim to answer within 14 days.
10. Stopping and closing an account
- You may stop using the service at any time. You can delete a project yourself on the History page.
- To delete your account and all its data, or to get a copy of your data, write to support@tospeca.com with the subject «Data request» from your account's e-mail address. During the beta we handle these requests by hand: we act within one month and confirm by e-mail.
- We may suspend or close an account, or revoke a share link, if it breaks these terms or the law or puts the service or others at risk. We tell you the reason first unless the law forbids it or the risk is urgent, and you can contest the decision as described above.
11. Our rights and other companies' names
The service — its software, design, texts, word lists, prompts and the structure of its specifications — belongs to the operator. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms.
MetaTrader, MT5, MQL4, MQL5 and MetaQuotes are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd.; TradingView and Pine Script are trademarks of TradingView, Inc.; other names belong to their owners. They are used only to say which platforms and languages the service works with. ToSpeca is not affiliated with, endorsed or approved by any of these companies.
12. Disclaimers and liability
As far as the law allows, the beta is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties that it is uninterrupted, error-free, accurate or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, a developer's work or indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits the rights a consumer has under the mandatory law of the country where they live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. We tell you about a material change by e-mail and in the service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account. Every version carries its date, and we keep a record of the version you accepted.
14. Law, courts and languages
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Please write to us first: most problems are solved faster that way.
These terms are published in English and Russian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, unless the law gives you as a consumer the right to rely on the version in your language.
If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
